The GWF inception meeting (Jan 21-23) was a chance to review progress in the early stages of all 33 projects and the core teams support, and to discuss program needs and plans for the future. This was also the first meeting of the GWF operations committee, and an opportunity to review the operational status, reporting, and plans across GWF. The meeting was hosted by Wilfrid Laurier University at the Balsillie School of International Affairs, Waterloo, ON.
